After 15 years of guiding Chester County citizens to an amicable resolution of their divorce and property distribution as well as setting up hundreds of custody schedules for families in transition, Rovito Law LLC was established. Alita specializes in all aspects of family law providing her clients with sound legal advice and options with a full and complete understanding of the Chester County Court System.
Alita Rovito has been a frequent contributing lecturer on family law issues throughout the state. She also serves as a mediator, arbitrator and court appointed parent coordinator.
Attorney Rovito has been an associate with the firm since January 2011. Since that time, he has gained extensive experience in the areas of custody, support, alimony, property division, and divorce.
A 2007 Graduate of the Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal School of Business, where he attained a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance, Michael prides himself on becoming an attorney because of a love of numbers and mathematics, not in spite of them. These skills have enabled him to understand and provide sound legal advice to clients with even the most complex financial circumstances.
Prior to joining the firm, he attended and graduated from the Widener University School of Law located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, which is now known as Widener University Commonwealth Law School. Michael’s prior experience also includes clerking for his father’s firm, the Office of a County Solicitor, and as a summer clerk to a Judge sitting on the Court of Common Pleas.
Michael is a compassionate and zealous advocate who possess the knowledge, expertise, and experience to represent and navigate clients through the complex and emotional realm of family law.
Fredda L. Maddox has been defending and protecting the rights of others for more than twenty years. As a former Pennsylvania State Trooper she took an oath to protect and serve. As an attorney she uses that same philosophy to protect and serve the best interest of the clients she represents.
Prior to joining the Rovito Law firm, Fredda was employed as a an Assistant Public Defender in Philadelphia and more recently worked at the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County where she represented victims of domestic violence. In addition, she serves as a Guardian ad litem for at risk youth involved with Chester County's Children Youth and Families.
Committed to her community, Fredda serves on the Chester County Women's Commission, the Zone Hearing Board for Birmingham Township, and routinely volunteers with the Wills for Heroes Program for first responders.
